| If, when you install your new USAINK
cartridge, following the cartridge replacement guidelines for your printer and
it fails to work, we will happily exchange the faulty cartridge.

Return PolicyWe will replace or issue a full refund on any defective merchandise within 30 days of payment upon return. If this situation arises, please call or e-mail us and we will issue you a Return Authorization number. Once the RA number is assigned to you, please ship the item back to us with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. After it arrives we will either ship out a replacement unit, or issue a credit.For non-defective merchandise we will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs) if the package is unopened. Opened non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We do not pay for return shipment, but we do cover the cost of shipping any replacement merchandise to you. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. |
